Is Jail Breaking Legal???

The simple answer to this is yes!!! In fact the FCC even deemed it legal on July 26th 2010. Though before this ruling it was technically illegal, prosecution was almost unheard of. Despite the fact that jail breaking is legal there are some things you should pay attention to when you jail break your phone. When you jailbreak your phone there will be the option to get free or "cracked" apps which are usually paid apps on the app store that are now freely distributed. This is piracy, piracy it theft, and theft is illegal so do not think that by jail breaking your phone you can go around and get all those apps you always wanted for free. It is wrong and it is illegal. Also I refuse to provide information about how or where to get free apps. If you want to find that information you will have to get it somewhere else and at your own risk. I will not be responsible for what you do after you jailbreak your phone. Just be smart and avoid things that look to good to be true and you will not have anything to worry about.
